Oncology & Hematology Specialists Dispensary

At Oncology & Hematology Specialists of Mountain Lakes, N.J., we offer our patients the great convenience of providing their necessary oncology and hematology medications at point-of-care, or at their convenience.

We provide an extensive list of specialty oncology and hematology medications and are able to service patients on the same day of service.

Patient records are directly accessible to provide faster service and our in-house/physicians review all prescriptions for completeness, drug interactions and adverse effects. In addition, patient counseling is offered with each prescription.

If copay costs are too high, we partner with manufacturers and third parties with copay assistance and in many cases are able to eliminate the high costs or help patients to qualify for free drugs.

    —You may submit a complaint anonymously if you choose.

  3. Review and Response
    —Your concern will be reviewed promptly.
    —We may contact you for additional information if needed.

  4. Resolution
    —We will make every effort to resolve your concern fairly and timely.

  5. External Reporting (Optional)
    —If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact any or all applicable regulatory or accrediting agencies for which our practice is certified and
