Physician

Fazal Bari, M.D.

Board certified in oncology, hematology and internal medicine, Dr Bari completed his residency and fellowship in Oncology/Hematology at Maimonides Medical Center. He not only is well versed in the treatment and care involved in all types of malignancies, but takes pride in listening and approaching all patients as individuals, always factoring in their unique situations, both medical and personal, to come with treatment options. He serves as co -chair of the cancer committee and a member of the ethics committee at local hospitals, is an adjunct faculty member at UMDNJ and served as the medical director of the compassionate care inpatient unit in Dover from 2010 to 2021. Dr. Bari sees patients at OHSNJ's Mountain Lakes office and rounds at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center (Morristown Memorial Hospital) and at Saint Clare's Hospital, Denville and Dover campuses.

Naveed A. Jan, M.D.

Board Certified in Oncology, Hematology, and Internal Medicine, Dr. Jan completed his training from the renowned Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He is expertly trained in the treatment of a broad range of malignancies and has substantial experience and expertise across the whole fields of oncology and hematology. He also has extensive involvement with numerous clinical trials, including being a Principal Investigator, providing additional options for his patients. Dr. Jan is intimately involved with the training and teaching of both medical students from outside medical colleges as well as residents at Morristown Medical Center. He prides himself in taking care of his patients with the utmost care and compassion while utilizing the latest advances in the field. Dr. Jan sees patients at OHSNJ's Mountain Lakes office and rounds at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center (Morristown Memorial Hospital) and at Saint Clare's Hospital, Denville and Dover campuses.

M. Rashid Abbasi, M.D.

Dr. Abbasi is board certified in Hematology, Oncology and Internal Medicine. He received his training from the prestigious Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center, NY, where he later served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Chairman of the Quality Assurance Program. Dr. Abbasi has experience and expertise in treating various malignancies and hematological disorders, and runs a research department in the practice where several clinical trials are conducted and are available for our patients. Compassion is the special ingredient that he adds to the recipe of his treatment plans. He has an enthusiasm and a passion for teaching, and has lectured at various institutions and received several awards. Dr. Abbasi sees patients at OHSNJ's Mountain Lakes office and rounds at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center (Morristown Memorial Hospital) and at Saint Clare's Hospital, Denville and Dover campuses.

Jason S. Levitz, M.D.

Board Certified in Oncology, Hematology, and Internal Medicine, Dr. Levitz has applied his craft at several world class institutions such as Johns Hopkins University and as Chief Fellow at North Shore University Hospital – NYU School of Medicine. Author of many publication, Dr. Levitz applies his intellectual curiosity for his patients. Dr. Levitz sees patients at OHSNJ's Mountain Lakes office and rounds at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center (Morristown Memorial Hospital) and at Saint Clare's Hospital, Denville and Dover campuses.

Chris Tully, M.D.

Dr. Tully is board certified in Hematology, Oncology and Internal Medicine. He completed his hematology and oncology training at the world-renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NY. He is not only well-trained in all malignancies and hematologic disorders, but also participated in high level research and clinical care in genitourinary malignancies including prostate, renal and bladder cancers while in NY. Dr. Tully also treats his patients with the utmost compassion and care and strives to help each patient in whatever way possible. Dr. Tully sees patients at OHSNJ's Mountain Lakes office and rounds at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center (Morristown Memorial Hospital) and at Saint Clare's Hospital, Denville and Dover campuses.

Nurse Practitioner

Brittany Gehm

Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Misericordia University and worked as a registered nurse in oncology before earning her master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University. Delivering compassionate care, she is an essential member of the health care team providing education, assessments, and optimizing supportive care throughout the patients disease management and treatment. Brittany sees patients at OHSNJ's Mountain Lakes office and rounds at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center (Morristown Memorial Hospital) and at Saint Clare's Hospital, Denville and Dover campuses.

APN-C

Jeana Drugac, RN, APN-C

Jeana is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, William Paterson University and Felician College. She has worked as a registered nurse at Oncology and Hematology Specialists, and completed her Masters degree to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner. With years of experience within the practice, Jeana provides all aspects of care to our patients including education, routine assessments, and treatments in order to optimize disease management and wellness. Jeana sees patients at OHSNJ's Mountain Lakes office and rounds at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center (Morristown Memorial Hospital) and at Saint Clare's Hospital, Denville and Dover campuses.

Physician Assistant

Alyssa Lynch, PA-C

Alyssa is a graduate from UMDNJ PA program with a Masters degree. She is also adjunct faculty providing cancer curriculum for the program. Alyssa performs all aspects of patient care, including initial consultation, maintenance assessments, chemotherapy and supportive care. Alyssa sees patients at OHSNJ's Mountain Lakes office and rounds at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center (Morristown Memorial Hospital) and at Saint Clare's Hospital, Denville and Dover campuses.

Kate McCooey, PA-C

A graduate of UMDNJ and Tufts University, Kate is a consistent presence for our patients. From the initial chemotherapy counseling session to routine follow ups with patients throughout the duration of their treatment, Kate is an integral part of our healthcare team. Kate sees patients at OHSNJ's Mountain Lakes office and rounds at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center (Morristown Memorial Hospital) and at Saint Clare's Hospital, Denville and Dover campuses.

Advanced Practice Nurse

Angela Garces, APN-C

Angela is a graduate of Drexel University, Saint Elizabeth University and County College of Morris. She worked as an oncology certified registered nurse at Saint Clare’s Health System since 2004 and is well known to our practice. As a board certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Angela offers a broad scope of practice in the realms of disease prevention, health promotion, patient education and the management of acute and chronic illnesses of the population served. She is also bilingual in Spanish, making her a great asset to our practice. Angela sees patients at OHSNJ's Mountain Lakes office and rounds at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center (Morristown Memorial Hospital) and at Saint Clare's Hospital, Denville and Dover campuses.
