New OHS COVID-19 Protocols
Dear OHS Patients, Friends, and Families:
As the state of New Jersey starts to lift some of its restrictions we will be lifting a few of ours.
Visitor Policy
- Established Patients—Regular Office Visit—You are allowed no more than ONE visitor in with you.
- Established Patient-Scan/Pathology Review—You are allowed no more than TWO visitors with you.
- New Patients—Initial Consult—You are allowed no more than TWO visitors with you.
Infusion Room Visitor Policy
We are happy to announce that we are now allowing ONE PERSON to accompany patients into the infusion room. However, visitors will not be allowed in the infusion room if they are ill, regardless if they wearing a mask or not. Patients in the infusion room are immunocompromised and we need to keep them safe. If you are ill, please be responsible and stay home.
Mask Policy
Masks are no longer a requirement at the facility. However, if you feel more comfortable with a mask please feel free to wear one. We do ask that if you are feeling ill to please be courteous to our patients and wear a mask to prevent your illness from spreading to others.
What We Are Doing to Protect You
We are still deep cleaning our facility regularly. Our staff is still wearing the appropriate PPE. We have several antibacterial dispenser stations throughout the facility. We have UV scrubbers installed in our HVAC units to add an extra layer of sanitation. We want to say thank you for all of your understanding as we navigated this pandemic. We know it hasn’t been easy on anyone.
Sincerely,
Your Physicians
